The Departed for about the 20th time.

Amazing film. Anyone that hasn't seen it best get down to Blockbuster and rent it sometime this week.

Locke. 20-07-2011 04:13 AM

The Machinist. Very clever and weird film.

8/10

Ammi 20-07-2011 07:17 AM

Watched American Beauty last night, I haven't watched it for years and forgot what a great film it is. It's probably one of my all time favourites. Mind you I say that about most Kevin Spacey movies lol

Lewis. 20-07-2011 07:34 AM

Probably matilda the other day I think

The Man Who Sued God

Fact based so I'd always be interested. I liked the story behind it. The facts. And I liked Billy Connelly. But I'd give it a 6/10

GypsyGoth 21-07-2011 01:20 AM

I put on Undertow (2004), but I seen it before, so now I have The Yellow Handkerchief on. It's slow moving but interesting.

Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone.

First hour drags quite a bit but it starts to pick up around the time of the quidditch/troll. The showdown at the end is a let down. And the only characters I really liked were Snape, Hermoine and Hagrid.

6/10

nicole_burks 21-07-2011 03:59 AM

Burlesque.

Niamh. 21-07-2011 09:30 AM

Insidious - It was pretty good, I think it would have been more creepy if the copy we had wasn't so crap though

yeah me too, I screamed at one point lol, had to sit on Gavs lap in the armchair watching it (I'm such a wimp!) But we got it from my sister-in-law who got it in Spain, from those people that walk around selling dodgy stuff, the sound wasn't great and the picture went weird sometimes so it ruined it a bit

Yeah bad copies do ruin it a bit, its the first movie for a while that's actually made me jump, I love horrors but most aren't the slightest bit scary anymore.

Ammi 21-07-2011 03:16 PM

I watched Limitless last night, it was ok, but not worth the hype imo

It was over in about 30 seconds, and all Harry done was fall over like he done in the forest about 20 minutes earlier :bored:

This!

I saw it tonight. It was really good! It didn't drag and it all fitted in nicely! I think I was about to cry but didn't. Phew. And at the end of the film most people in the pictures were clapping! lol

I can't wait until Christmas. I would love the Harry Potter boxset! Watch all 8 films back to back!

Locke. 23-07-2011 08:36 PM

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.

Much better than the first one, story is more interesting and the actors are better. And of course the amazing Dobby is in it.

7.5/10

Novo 23-07-2011 08:38 PM

You will like POA much better then chamber of secrets

InOne 24-07-2011 12:10 AM

Angela's Ashes - Bit of a depressing film for a Sat night but a great film as well, so def worth watching again

Adulthood - That Lexi girl in it is fit :amazed:

Lee. 24-07-2011 08:30 PM

Some ****e called Eagle Eye on BBC1 last night... It had billy Bob Thornton and Shia le Bouef in it but was fairly dreadful.

Jords 26-07-2011 09:36 PM

^ I love that film

Inception - already rescheduling a re-watch 'cause somethings really got me confused but great concept that was executed brilliantly and the acting was top-notch.

Marc 27-07-2011 05:12 AM

Started to watch The Lovely Bones but went to bed, want to see the rest sometime though

CaraRawr 27-07-2011 08:22 AM
