I think it would be hilarious if the vote got flipped on Julia and Meg saved herself but Meg has no game at all so I don't see it happening.

John, Steve and James could flip the vote and evict Julia, if they decided to.
They have 3 votes against 2 of Liz and Austin. And then it would be 4 (John, Steve, James and Meg) against Liz and Austin in a DE HoH.

But i think they are too afraid to piss of Vanessa, who cannot play in the next HoH.
