Alfie dying in Kat’s arms on Christmas Day as they watch The Square play in the snow would allow their story to come full circle after 15 years and allow Kat to progress as a character. Following Alfie’s death, she becomes a matriarch with three boys to look after, as well as a possible return of a recasted Zoe!

Billy has been regressed to a wimp again and Jack is just a dique for Mel to ride. I think that’s all we can expect from the both of them this era. I expect Robbie to be gone before the year is out.
