re Dawn: didn't her hunger strike end with her dramatically collapsing in the center of London or something? All so that the REAL FOOTAGE would be released? So bizarre. re Luke S: like, yes he's obviously a wanker, but his whole BB arc is hilarious because he was treated like a complete joke and everyone was in on it but him. Imma just throw it out there and say that Lusleigh is my favorite showmance ever! It was just a complete joke because they both entered it so cynically and clearly wanted to **** other people, and it was all such a transparent ploy to play the game but it just failed so miserably. Like, of all the people Luke could've picked to showmance he picked someone who looks like Rita Malone from Flushed Away and had an annoying voice and got uglier over time. He also got completely DESTROYED over and over again by Barbell Media, the White Room, and so many times by his own girlfriend who openly mocked him for having a small dick and made it a plot point that he smelled bad and whatever else. He clearly went into this house with a goal in mind and he tried sooooooo hard to project a certain image of himself, but literally nobody bought into his **** (including the producers of this show!!!) so they just spent the whole summer ripping him to shreds. I don't know, I just don't see any reason to dislike Luke since he spent his entire BB stay being the butt of the joke and he came in fifth place and has absolutely nothing to show for it. |

Save Karly Cut Sam

Lisa should have been someone I loved and stanned hard. Surely someone who says on their VT 'How many Chinese people do you know that talk like this?' would have had me sold? Alas Lisa was very problematic. She was one of the founding members of the Big Brotherhood and with that came power. On only Day 2 she called out Bonnie (and Sezer but who cares) on being someone she would not give her suitcase/immunity to even though she knew that she was being streamed into the living room. She also behaved erratically during the first week, leading Shahbaz to call her an imbecile (much to Lea's fumes). Her relationship with Pete and the subsequent fallout of it was probably what caused Lisa's popularity to wane. I remember Lisa forcefully telling telling Pete to get into her bed or else she'll never ****ing talk to him again etc. When Pete inevitably isolated himself from Lisa I wonder why, Lisa started to turn into a crazy obsessive girl who constantly slagged Pete off to her gang which was not a good mover because Pete was easily the main favourite during the early weeks. Most people forget that Lisa was a bitch and treated Sam horribly! As if Sam wasn't the most unpopular person in the house during Week 3, Lisa and her allies decided to randomly make Lea turn on her. One night Sam, Lisa and Imogen were talking in the living room about Lea and the next day Lisa went to Grace saying that Sam said that Lea was backstabbing people in the house. When Lea was told this she confronted Sam about it and Sam denied it truthfully and went to Lisa for receipts. Seeing that Sam was obviously distressed Lisa stayed defiant that Sam was bitching about Lea which led Sam to have a mini breakdown and panic attack. Luckily true receipts were given during Sam's eviction and justice was served! Another problematic moment Lisa served was her response to Grace's eviction and Aisleyne. Not only did she fume and stop anyone from arguing their point (which is so annoying) she threw a strop and threw the random kid's bike that was in the bedroom almost injuring/killing Nikki! Then she was called into the diary room and swore 80 times out of rage as usual. The final downfall for Lisa for me was how she treated Nikki, her once close friend, during the final week and the fateful round of nominations that sent her packing. Following Nikki's heart to heart with Lisa about her anxiety that followed being nominated twice in a row, Lisa told her not to worry because she's sure no one would put her up. Then when BB announces a twist to those who breached the nomination rules Lisa goes and nominates Nikki to her face meaning that she had 2 noms and would definitely face the public vote for the third time running. To make things worse she went and said how sorry and stupid she was to Nikki and then behind her back to her face she said how pissed off she was at Nikki for reacting the way she did. So Lisa had so many chances to redeem herself and yet failed to do so for me and most of the public. She was evicted with 60% against 4 people (that's going some) and she's a plumber now or something. Her and Nikki are friends now too so that's something. Jemima Slade - BB14:
http://images.ok.co.uk/dynamic/3/451x567/64767_3.jpg First of all to set the record straight. I do not dislike Jemima. She provided a few good moments of BB14 like the dead daughter argument and her argument with Gina because Jemima said she preferred oriental men and Gina being Gina decided to create drama around it and called Jemima racist. I do think she is overrated though tbh I wouldn't remember her unless it wasn't for this forum. She didn't leave much of a mark on me. She could be funny sometimes and she had potential but unlike Sallie who went the week before her I didn't form much of a strong opinion on her I liked her but if she went I wouldn't really care that much. I think she deserves to go around this stage in the rankdown tbh as I don't think she's as good as most of the housemates left in the game but then again Ashleigh Coyle is still in. Tbh I didn't really want to cut anyone in this round so it just came down to who I least wanted to stay in the most and that was Jemima. Her argument over her dead daughter should really have been quite a sad thing but it created quite a funny and iconic C5 BB moment. So yes Jemima has a lot of good things going for her I suppose but in the end she's no Sylvia Barrie, Stephanie McMichael or Grace Adams-Short so she had to go. Maybe she's in Abu Dhabi now pretending to be Sarah Jessica Parker to some Arabian men while trying to get dating them for their money who knows? I am saving goddess Grace Dalton (nee Adams-Short) again and this is to everyone who keeps nominating her http://share.gifyoutube.com/y7WkMY.gif |
Save Stephanie, Cut Lynne
--- 105. Lynne Moncrieff (BB3) http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-oExvf-RJXa...emoncrieff.jpg Lol the main reason I cut Lynne is because no one else was going to and she would have floated her way into the top 75 or something and no @ the prospect. Lynne was just generally unfun and sour and didn't really contribute much (i.e. she was a bore). Anyway the BB3 first week twist was that the public got to nominate and the housemates got to evict, and it was Jade and Lynne up for eviction. I just want to imagine a world where Jade was evicted first over Lynne. She wouldn't have gained any fame and she wouldn't have been on CBB5, so the whole racism thing wouldn't have happened and make the public turn on Big Brother and cause it to decline into the ****show we know today. But in terms of BB3 it was good Jade stayed because she was very entertaining and was the main driving force behind the series. Lol @ the writeup becoming more about Jade than Lynne :joker: Saving Stephanie |

I save Shahbaz because his night of binning the house food is the most glued to a bit of live feed I have ever been in BB history (although I'm sure Jay McKay pooping in a freezer would've given it a run for its money!)
#104 - Orlaith McAllister (BB6) http://img1.wikia.nocookie.net/__cb2...7/Orlaith6.jpg Obviously the majority of the backlash towards Orla is aimed at the fact that she chose to walk after her biggest house obstacle (Science) left in an eviction over her, and to top it all off took Kemal out too, and obviously there is a very strong, determined fanbase on here who will remind you that she had her moments and wasn't that bad but if we all settle down and talk this through like adults we must agree that she wasn't really all that special a housemate I'm afraid. Yes, BB6 is a terribly difficult series to stand out in if you weren't in the godly five (DKMCS) and even the nice underrated route was taken over by Kinga/Vanetha, but Orla was a little bit of a cloying attempt by the producers to inject a bit of glamour or UK-local-patriotism. As is standard with UK Big Brother, the females began to disappear thick and fast early on and so 2/3 of the latecomers had vaginas. Vaginae? I can't read suddenly, I don't know. Now, anyone on here will tell you that Kinga should've been chosen over Eugene in the beginning by Makosi but if you ask me it should've been Eugene and Kinga joining. He was actually a kinda refreshing, down-to-earth, nice-guy presence in a shroud of negativity and ego so it was actually quite lovely? And it was actually quite hilarious watching him drone on and on about inventions and science whilst the other housemates' eyes glossed over? Instead, we got Orlaith who, god bless her for trying, didn't really handle any of them all that well and had her one-big-moment in arguing with Science over a clothes airer. I shall give you that, that was an amusing (and unpredictable!) argument. It's just that what followed was - admittedly, taken from the highlights, but if you're going to pretend to remember live feed from 2005 then well done - 70% Orlaith footage of her missing home and wanting the drama to stop and being fed~up~with~everyone~ and 30% Orlaith footage of sunbathing. She trod the house dynamic quite awkwardly, gelling with all weird little factions and I suppose that's good in some ways but also a bit disingenuous/frustrating for the more impatient side of me? She just had weird moodswings that didn't really develop into anything compelling. So I eliminated her for robbing us of two titanic housemates and delivering little in return. Also wtf is going on with her hair now? Also she rode John Terry so that surely loses her points? |
