BB really should have given them some booze tonight and had Davina stay longer.

All in bed and lights out at 1am? Pffffffffft.

It's a well made film but I preferred the directors last effort more - The Proposition. Had the same barren, hellish feel but a better plot. He really does have a wonderful ability to capture a sense of desolation and desperation on film.

I might actually see if Gaz wants to go and see at the weekend, it's his birthday and we're planning to go for a meal and maybe to the cinema anyway :)

I REALLY want to see The Road, I ordered the book from Amazon the other day but want to see the film first.

That sounds like a good date. Does he like vampires as much as you?

Suppose it's a late night for those who go off at 10pm

Haha not as much as me in that he doesn't find Eric from True Blood sexual  But yeah we have very similar taste when it comes to films so I reckon I won't need to twist his arm too much :)

True

Oh I can't believe it's all going to be over in 2 days time! It's been a great series don't you think? One of if not the best?

Cool, good to know he has taste.

I've really enjoyed it. Some of the production has been the best yet. Such a shame, I know I keep saying, that they get it right finally and it's to be no more :bawling:

I wasn't aware of who directed it  I might download the Proposition and watch it after cbb finishes. Doubt I'll find the time before.

The only bad thing is he can't stand Tim Burton films and they are some of my favourites. Luckily my friends want to see Alice when it comes out in March so I won't have to drag him kicking and screaming to that lol.

I guess we can look forward to the many repeats of Friends in the years to come :(

I've loved the editing of the tasks, set to music, that's been brilliant. Overall they seem to have put a lot of effort in right from the off. It's good that it's going out on a high, maybe more chance of someone else picking it up this way, just hope they do the same in the summer now.

My friend doesn't like Tim's films either, and she thinks I'm weird cause I do.

I am looking forward to seeing Alice.

I'm not sure if it'll be to your particular tastes though. It's a western set in Australia... very bleak and violent.

I think he gets a little too carried away at times and I hope he doesn't ruin Alice by having too much CGI in the film, but a lot of his work is genius. Think you have to have a particular mindset to be able to enjoy his stuff though.

Oh, I was thinking of the one with Cameron Diaz but that's the Box. Might download the Proposition anyway, I like some westerns, I'm not a fan of violence though, but bleakness in films is inspiring to me.

All of our remaining housemates are sleeping; dreaming of the prize, it is close enough that they can touch it.

Unfortunately for Alex he's in the limelight right now so you'll have people coming out of the woodwork to criticize him. And don't forget that it was said that Jordan had an abortion and dumped Dane because she thought he was cheating on her. He's got a very sordid past himself, it you are to believe everything you hear. Falling for someone while you're with another happens all the time.

It's not the fact that he fell for someone else while he was with her, it was the fact that she was out of the country and he never even broke up with her, she read it in the paper.

The penultimate live feed.

Alex working out, doing sit ups in the seating area, he says his dads from west ham, he used to box for them.

Vinny says he used to race dogs around there. He says its the biggest spectators sport in britian.

Dane and Jonas are with them in the seating area.

The camera is not showing Alex working out, but his sexlike groans can be heard.

eeeewwwwww@his groans lol

GypsyGoth 28-01-2010 12:49 PM

Dane - Wimbeldon is just down the road

Vinny - Yea it's close to you

Alex 144 dogs?!

Vinny - Yea we got a stud in ireland.

Dane talks about reverse forecast, picking dogs that have to finish beside each other (I think)

Sound dip as Vinny says the traps open.

Shot of Stef in the kitchen, she has just made herself a mug of tea.
