I agree, they really need Theresa away from those two because she is better when not with them PMSL.

Just thought RE Silas he disappears off to France and could be killing people there off screen so there is continuity while he's on screen, and no-one has noticed yet that the murders only happen when he is around because he's not actually part of the community;).

I can't believe I have actually watched this for about a month w/o knowing so, like I will have the tv on and it would be on after My Name Is Earl, I think I've seen at least 2 episodes per week. I think I actually know what's happening in Hollyoaks

I think you're becoming addicted like a few of us:p.

'Conor 31-07-2011 12:17 PM

ok well..

Spoiler:

Sinead & Bart ran away and they were staying in some B&B for a bit and they got jobs at this fun fair place and Diane was like really upset.

Jason found out where they were and told Diane, Diane found Sinead & Bart who at this time have become homeless and jobless and then Diane said they should both come home and she doesn't mind them being together, but Bart said she was lying so him and Sinead walked off leaving Diane but she chased after them and grabbed Sineads arm and Sinead smacked her across the face :hmph: and they ran off again.

Brendan wanted to get rid of Noah so he called some guy to get Noah a job in newcastle then Noah was thrilled and him and Ste were moving but then after Ste talked to Amy he was going to say cause he couldnt leave her and the kids. BUT THEN he was leaving with Noah again and Brendan tried to stop it by hiring this guy Sean to seduce Noah which he did and Ste saw them so Ste broke up with Noah and Noah moved to Newcastle :amazed:

And the rest was just funny stuff with Nancy/Darren/Frankie/Jack

I love Sinead's mum, glad she's been in it more. If they can give her more links after this it will be great

So do i Joe, i felt sorry for her last week

bbfan1991 31-07-2011 12:24 PM

Thanks Conor, appreciate that:).

Oh the waterbed clip, saw it:joker:.

Agreed about Diane, I feel sorry for her too but Sinead/Bart is going to end in tears as she predicted but the character of Diane needs more links to the village and independence e.g. mixing with others than her kids and talking to the adults.

'Conor 31-07-2011 12:25 PM

Well last week she mixed a lot with Jason and Myra/Carmel & Jacqui

'Conor 31-07-2011 12:31 PM

as much as i love Amy, shes ma gurl, but by jesus she has the worst dress sense in the world

they keep dressing her like a granny :nono:

bbfan1991 31-07-2011 12:32 PM

Carl and Heidi haven't been on screen for a while either.

Some interesting pics of next week guys!

bbfan1991 31-07-2011 12:36 PM

There's been rumours that Rae might be a Silas victim because Alice Barlow tweeted that she was filming with James Atherton (Will) and Jeff Rawle (Silas) and a few others.

Alice has since denied it saying that she's staying in the show? I do like Rae and she does have a few links to the village despite the insistence she has none:p.

'Conor 31-07-2011 12:37 PM

Rae is still so pointless :laugh2: good actress but has overstayed her welcome

InOne 31-07-2011 12:38 PM

It seems silly they'd have the press thing so long after the murders

'Conor 31-07-2011 12:38 PM

apparently they are going to recreate Indias murder and Texas plays the part of India

bbfan1991 31-07-2011 12:41 PM

All these spoilers do look exciting, maybe the producers have just quietly been working in the background but for us fans frustrating when we don't hear any interviews regarding plans for characters etc:).

'Conor 31-07-2011 12:42 PM

when is Hollyoaks Later?

Exactly my thinking. This could have been a brilliant story but they sidelined it for Brendan/Ste which isn't believable in the slightest, and for Ethan and his sexcapades.

Are we back to having to see Ethan as a serious detective again?
Or the fake tanning, Bieber-haired child that goes out with kids like Theresa, Rae and Liberty?

Hollyoaks has been showing signs of great ideas for months but it's still over the place when it comes to focus and direction. It tries to go too many different ways at once. Even with the O'Connors stories.

Agreed but not on the Brendan/Ste bit.

Hollyoaks has always been good at the issue based plots e.g. Hannah's Anorexia etc and IMO at times they've been better than the top 3 soaps doing plots like that but when the show isn't at it's best then it's very frustrating.
