the last time i embarked on a lifestyle change i ended up sat at the end of llandudno pier @ 3am during the first week of january then spent the rest of the month in an intensive care psychiatric unit not here for it

it was so messy ew like i had never been in a PICU before but after a few weeks i got transferred to taylor ward (this like a 5 minute walk from langtree lark) and scalped
