That fight scene in the pub is pretty epic though

The one in the pool hall? Yeah that was a quality scene actually, I love it at the end how they all just go back to having a drink before it breaks out again :D

127 Hours

9/10

Great film with some amazing acting from James Franco before watching it i never read what it was fully about and expected it to be something like Into The Wild but it wasn't at all for most of the Film it's James Franco fighting to survive after getting his hand trapped under a Boulder it's a pretty simple film but Brilliantly made

One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest. I'd forgotten what a bloody brilliant film it is and what a great actor Jack Nicholson is.

The Other Guys

Livia 13-08-2011 02:01 PM

Watched A Clockwork Orange on TV last night (for about the fiftieth time...). It had great resonance in the wake of the riots.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire

Brüno

It was OTT a bit even for me. It was funny, but it could've been so much better.

The Ring 2.

****.

That is all.

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix

Not bad considering they left out way too much from the book, but I accepted that the films can never be 100% accurate to the books long ago so I just enjoy them for what they are.

New Planet of the apes one

Spoiler:

Thought it was good really, had a good pace all the way though. And glad it didn't end in all the apes getting killed. By the way, was Tom Felton from Harry Potter in it? The bad guy who got zapped in the end?

Yeah it was him, he was just as annoying in that as he is in Harry Potter, it's still a great film though
