Just made my most disgusting smoothie to date. Ew. Same ingredients i've used before but wrong amounts and 2 extra ones I added because I didn't have fruit juice.
way too much Kale, mango, cherries, yoghurt...I din't have my fruit juice so I added a lot of lemon juice from the bottle and on top a lot of 80p juice you mix with water...was so vile. I feel sick!! It was so delicious yesterday. :( |
And now I just added brown rice in my boiled water when it was meant for couscous! Where is my focus and chill today!!

How unhealthy is dark chocolate? I bought lindt 85% cocoa dark chocolate and it tastes awful but chocolate is chocolate and I'm trying to be all healthy so I resisted buying any nice Cadbury stuff. :worry: I don't understand any ingredients/nutrition information but it says per 100g, fat = 46g, of which saturates = 28g, carbs = 19g, of which sugars = 14g, and protein = 11g. :shrug:
