I will prepare to embrace the Chevrolet:cool:.

Puma is a great brand for Arsenal though!

Brother Leon 07-05-2013 10:14 PM

Chevrolet is going to look horrific on a shirt. Huge Logo.

Drew. 07-05-2013 10:14 PM

the club would surely have said something by now regarding these rumours.. still loads of money involved with betting and other things.

Ryan57 07-05-2013 10:15 PM

CONFIRMED: Media have cleared airtime for a major #MUFC announcement this week. Have a decent source now. Lets think of a positive....,

Drew. 07-05-2013 10:16 PM

where you hearing this lol?

bbfan1991 07-05-2013 10:18 PM

Actually laughing at that Rooney story, if say it was true and he told United lads that he wants to leave for Bayern why on earth would his team mates go to the press LOOL?

Not surprised it is John Cross writing it, annoyed Arsenal fan and all that;).

So Lewandowski knows there's a spot open. ;)

bbfan1991 07-05-2013 10:24 PM

No way! The big announcement is...

Moyes in, Lewy convinced by said guy who he's never heard of, Falcao to follow.

Jose got wind of this story and stalls his Chelsea deal in hope that it turns out to be true so he can replace SAF:p.

bbfan1991 07-05-2013 10:29 PM

Now SSN is playing up for me:rolleyes:.

Ryan57 07-05-2013 10:29 PM

Pissing myself at Jason Cundy just now. Andy Goldstein says about The Mirror Rooney story and Jason says, 'What is happening at your club? Should avoid relegation...Martinez takes over...'Man Utd FLIRT with relegation'...Martinez keeps them up on the last day.'

King Gizzard 07-05-2013 10:31 PM

goldstein/delaney/cundy are amazing together, ultimate piss takers

Shaun 07-05-2013 10:32 PM

it's strange, Arsenal are probably the most financially prosperous club in England atm, but whether anything's invested in players remains to be seen... there're a lot of smart boardroom deals and sponsorships - not to mention they pulled off building and moving to a new stadium in the middle of a recession - so it's really impressive in that respect.

It's just really high time we started to reap the rewards of that.

Get rid of Ramsey. He's adorable but I don't care. Get rid of Gervinho. Buy an experienced midfielder or two and let Podolski, Giroud and Walcott rotate upfront. The defence are okay at the moment but could maybe do with a more consistent centre-back, since Mertesacker is very on/off. Vermaelen's the only really dependable one... I haven't heard much of Monreal being any good actually now I come to think of it, but haven't heard any complaints either.

I'm fairly happy with Sczeszny, he's alright... stop letting bloody Mannone have a go though.

Indeed. Love Bobby Gould when he's on. The guy just never stops laughing. :joker:
And the way Andy talks rudely. Remember he once asked Bobby if he wanted to borrow some of his blue tapes. :joker:

There is only one job Mourinho wants. And it's not one he's done already.

Premier League agent, apparently. Heard of him first last summer. Called the RVP deal.

Shaun 07-05-2013 10:33 PM

putting it in small because i'm not sure on that decision :suspect:

agreed on Ramsey and Gervinho.. occasional glimpses of good football but way to rarely, especially with Gerv. Mertesacker and Kos, Kos has been immense at times this season and they've have had a great partnership this season, kept a good amount of clean sheets and been pretty solid, Sagna and Vermaelen have been the weak links in the defence this season and Vermaelen has been forced onto the bench. Monreal has been consistent, no big errors but doesnt get forward as well as Gibbs. Keeper situation is pretty annoying though, Sczeszny is capable of decent saves but has mistakes in him, Monnone too.. wouldnt complain if we bought a new keeper in.

Ryan57 07-05-2013 10:39 PM

Announcement at 10am tomorrow apparently.

Ryan57 07-05-2013 10:43 PM

Well these are my balls on the line, but sources with close connections to MUFC have alerted me with details of a major announcement to be made at Old Trafford at 10:00 AM tomorrow or on Sunday, and apparently several officials close to Manchester United have been been told to prepare for interviews over a big announcement of some sort. There is also word several networks have already cleared air time in anticipation of a major announcement.

http://blogs.thescore.com/counteratt...ng-retirement/

Don't bank on it.

bbfan1991 07-05-2013 10:43 PM

United statement at about 10:00 AM apparently.
