So how do you suppose a Mum/Dad keep a child from crying or talking? Plus how does a pram take up a seat :conf: They don't go on seats, they go in the wheelchair space, which you shouldn't be sat at anyway..EH!? And FYI my child is not a brat.

When the bus is full, people sit in the pram space. Not only that, but anybody standing has to get out of the way and wait for the mother to get on the bus, pay for the ticket, wheel the pram over to the space, knocking into everyone in the process, unstrap the kid, fold the pram, sit down, sit the kid down.

Btw, I don't question your ability as a mother, nor do I care why you are a single mum. None of my business until you start to waste my time with your big arse prams.

I'm not targeting or attacking you so there's no need to defend yourself every time something I say doesn't apply to you. 9 times out of 10 prams are huge and 10 times out of 10 they are annoying.

I'm not attacking you either, But you need to word your posts a bit better, 'Cause trust me, they will offend most 'Single Mums', It's hard enough getting around on public transport without people bitching about prams and children.

Good to see you can string together more than a couple of words these days. An improvement, not a great deal - but better than nothing. Keep up the good work.

I guess you have started attending your English lessons on a more regular basis?

They have every right to moan, when you are stood at the front of a rammed bus and a 19 year old, tobacco stinking, head to toe in sports worlds finest mother gets on with her equally ugly looking baby people aren't going to jump for joy.

Well that's why this thread exists. When something has pissed me off, I have the right to moan about it. Anywhere. Having to give up my seat for someone with a pram is an inconvenience, especially when I had claimed that seat.

So because you have a child, you have more of a right to sit down? Nah, that sh!t doesn't fly with me.

Sophii3x 22-05-2010 10:08 PM

Omg, Ella! How are you and you're little one doing? xx

The pram thing annoys me a lot, the area is there FOR PRAMS! Like today I went on the train to Cardiff with my sister and her one year old (who was in a small buggy sleeping).. we sat in the pram area thingy. As soon as we sat down some bitch with a bike ordered us to move because she wanted to put her bike where the buggy and seats were. She was one of the rudest people I've ever met. After arguing with her for like 5 mins we got up and stood up in the back where it was all cramped and shakey. So the woman put her bike there, stared at my sister up and down and insulted her in welsh to her friend (not knowing that we're both welsh speakers!). Had the shock of her life when me and my sister started speaking welsh to eachother pmsl, stupid freaking bitch..

Sounds just like your average person in Wales?

Serves you right for living in that horror show of a City.

Now where exactly did I say I had more of a right to sit down?? But when your sitting in the Pram area, then yes you move your lazy ass and pipe down in a cheap seat at the back.

The way Graham Norton inhales a breath and makes an "ehhh" sound everytime he thinks he's said something funny. Drives me deranged.

Individually wrapped sweets like Starburst. Waste of paper and my time.

I hate buses in general. Stinky messes full of people who hacky you for breathing.

setanta 22-05-2010 10:15 PM

People who try to storm onto buses or trains without having the decency to let other passengers out first. Ar$eholes.
