Nothing significant about the song, just quite like it and it seemed appropriate :)

Welcome to In Cold Blood II... I see a few familiar faces, but the majority of you are new.

A little bit of history now. In the first series, PJ was the killer and went totally unnoticed until the very end - seeing off 9 other detectives. However, 3 died totally unnecessarily. Why? Because the detectives were inept :bored:

At the end of every even-numbered task you shall be presented with the opportunty to have a group Stab in the Dark (I still love my wordplay) as to who the Killer is... if you're correct, the Killer is arrested! But if you're wrong...well, the consequences are fatal.

But enough doom and gloom.

Let's meet the lineup.

15 lovely silhouetted anonymous faces. But one of them is going to be taken away so soon :( Your first task, team, is Speed...

Shaun 30-01-2011 06:13 PM

*hands out bags of speed* GO WILD.

No, uh. This borrows from the movie of the same name.

The object of 'Speed' is to keep your ahead afloat. That is to say, you must reach 1000 posts in the In Cold Blood II thread before midnight.

That sounds relatively easy for a team consisting of scott, Niall and Smithy...but there's a catch. Well there's several:
- all detectives must post at least 5 times each
- there may be NO double posts
- as team leader, Niall is responsible for making sure every detective contributes. Whether this is through forceful PMs, bribes or sexual favours is down to him.

The clock is ticking :) failure to have 1000 posts, matching that criteria, will be the death of you.
