The twist is it was really Kristen who was real & not Alice? So one of her personalities was a murderer who murdered her other personalities?? :conf:

Yep, Alice is one of Kristen's made up personalities, and her killing off her other personalities, means she is getting better, as she is becoming just the one personality again. so once all the girls are dead, then the real Kirsten can live again, and not be a mutli personality crazy girl.
