Legend killer 17-08-2013 11:04 PM

Interesting fact David Moyes is the only United Manager in history to have a 100% win ratio in competitive matches

Knighthood anyone???

Fabian Delph the second half of last season and yesterday showing finally why we paid for him, great midfielder

agreed, there're many topics that don't really cover specific leagues :/ (news about changes of rules, referees, hosting bids, videos of weird/funny/amazing moments etc.)

as long as people don't end up being lazy and just posting everything in there

Brother Leon 17-08-2013 11:52 PM

Yeah. Should be kept for my odd bits of Ronaldo loving.

King Gizzard 17-08-2013 11:53 PM

I thought a European football/world football thread would be alright but oh well

Alot of piss taking going on about it on twitter/just generally taking the piss out of arsenal fans, but I do feel quite sorry for you lot, people forget that it's all relative and Arsenal fans have a right to moan given the resources available in comparison to all the other clubs. Too many ''stop moaning you're in the champions league'' type tweets

people spending over £100 on a day out to see the team and some spending £2k on season tickets have the right to complain when the moneys just sitting there not being used and they are watching a side that can barely field a starting 11. Some fans obviously make more sense than others but its like that cretin Piers Morgan that gives us a bad reputation because hes the only one that can be heard over twitter. People pointing out the obvious facts on here and on twitter and criticizing the fans piss me off though, its all well and good for them to be sitting at their computers supporting a club like United half way across the country from them, most of them have no idea.

King Gizzard 18-08-2013 12:10 AM

Every single player Spurs have signed would have improved Arsenal's squad, and they've signed them pretty cheaply. Wenger's lack of quality excuse doesn't sit

Drew. 18-08-2013 12:23 AM

it really doesnt, the list of players that have been available but have now moved clubs and the list of players still available that could all have improved our club are endless.. if these rumours about the injuries today are true then we're struggling to fill our bench on Wednesday let alone starting 11.. if he doesn't sign any quality players in the next 2 weeks then i'm taking a back seat this season and waiting until his contract expires.

King Gizzard 18-08-2013 12:29 AM

Don't normally laugh at these rubbishy football meme things..

:joker: every hour theres a new one, majority of them are great though

BBfanUSA 18-08-2013 01:21 AM

So Arsenal lost today at home :joker: Guzan the legend.

King Gizzard 18-08-2013 01:36 AM

Guzan > Howard

Locke. 18-08-2013 01:42 AM

Think Willian might have a bit of an infatuation for Lucas, he has been stalking his instagram for the past 3 days.

Today is an important day in the deal going through apparently.

King Gizzard 18-08-2013 02:25 AM

I'm not sure what's so laughable about Liverpool having an outside chance of top 4 if they do get him and a couple others

Brother Leon 18-08-2013 02:32 AM

No chance unless Arsene completely trolls Arsenal fans and brings in absolutely **** all. Top 4 is cemented for years to come unless Spurs somehow keep Bale.

Locke. 18-08-2013 02:34 AM

Willian, Coutinho, Suarez, Aspas, Sturridge > Girioud, Podolski, Walcott

The only place Arsenal are stronger than us is defence, and even then they're not that much stronger and we have a better keeper.

Spurs.. depends really, they look really strong on paper but they did last season aswell and had to rely on Bale to save them constantly.

I'd have said midfield, really. Liverpool probably have a better defence.

By the way really enjoying seeing NBC Sports Carry the Premier League. Right now they're showing all the highlights from yesterday's games before today's games.
