Congratulations to Markus who won The Offficial Banner Competition 2006. He now owns that title but Emily-Imogen and I are doing a spin off competition with all halloween themed banners. Reference to Big Brother is not required, however you get extra points if you do! Although the competition is not open yet you are welcome to submit your banners. Mainly the point of this update is asking you to be a judge. Marku automaticly gains a place on the judging panel but if you want to be a judge post a reply!

To make sure there might be a third competition at Xmas/Celeb BB only if Halloween theme compo takes off.
