People on the dole need to actively go out and seek work. But sometimes it takes people a while to find work, and strangely enough - people need food and rent money etc.

people who use benefits arent lazy people their either disable or single parents with young children so they CAN'T work or are trying to get jobs and people on benefits arent ONLY in oldham anyway
