Did he though? I dont get how this guy likes to get physical with people. He dont seem like much of a fighter to me but he punched Piers Morgan and now this fella. As much as I'd like to punch Morgan too but who does this clown think he is. He needs to keep his hands to himself. I hope Clarkson get some kind of help with these issues or else he might - lets hope - punch the wrong person in the future.

He'll be signed up by someone and who knows he might end up even more popular but this clown has had this coming for a long while and if he's not careful he'll try and get physical with the wrong person which will mean a lot of pain for him.

He punched someone at work - in the bin. Don't understand any of the thousands of people who signed the petition, would you like it if your colleague lamped you one and the population of a small city supported the person who punched you? No.

It's a shame for top gear fans but he has to pay the price for what he did, So it's the best decision at the end of the day.

He assaulted someone he works with over a work issue - that he hadn't been given hot food after filming. It's a work issue.

So what if the producer has not provided food does that mean Clarkson can get physical with him? I want someone to give this clown the kind of beating that takes a few years to recover from. He's been asking for that for a while too.

The report says he did nothing to provoke the assault and he didn't file the complaint, Clarkson did. He did the crime so he did the time; Oisin Tymon kept his mouth shut because he was scared he had lost his job. This is so clear cut I can't see why anyone would support Clarkson, the man himself held his hands up and admitted he overstepped the mark and has apologised.
