It's all a product of patriarchy though. |

Wow, must have been a really racist, sexist and prejudiced audience that voted for her to win. |

The Jungle Cats weren't loved at all. Hence, why Jason and Victor and anyone else who was close to them were booed when they left the house or when Davina mentioned their names during live shows. And why Michelle, Marco, and Nadia were cheered. Also, it was Shell that called Victor a ****, not the other way round. It was Victor's reaction to it, which got him the boot. Not to mention, how he treated other housemates that night, like Daniel. And he wouldn't have won. Nadia was a clear fave to win for 6 weeks. Victor probably would've come 2nd - the same way Jason did. |
Totally racist season. Marc attacked from start to finish. Sad day.

There is no sexism. Women just seem to hate other women who are prettier than them and it is women who largely vote on BB. Imagine a situation where 3 women are up....the slimmest/prettiest one is usually a goner. Not sexism, just jealousy. |

It makes no sense. And the fact that a black man did win in BB8 says it all. The audience are not racist. They just dislike aggressive women, which is what most of the people in the OP's list are. |

You can be entertaining and likeable at the same time. If you go in there and start shouting the odds (Marc), then the public are likely to hate you. Quick fix to the issue? Don't be a dick.
So many people on here are like "ah the big characters always go first" yes, because production are ****ing **** at getting the casting right. They think we're only interested in people who are likely to cause drama when that has never been the case. If they put someone in who is a big character but isn't mean, vile and nasty, then the public will save them. The term "big character" is losing its meaning and nowadays, basically just means people who cause unnecessary conflict. |

"The public don't like aggressive women" Yes, because that's why Helen Wood was crowned the winner of Big Brother, last year - whilst Deana and Gina (both WOC) happened to loose their win in the last few days, for being nasty - yet the public had no problem crowning Helen as the winner, who'd been nasty throughout her series. |

So you think the black guy victor would have come second but the audience is racist? How does that work? |

How do you think both Nadia and Jason made it to the Final 2? Not to mention, Victor is a man. I thought it was a fact that black women get it far worse than black men. |
It's funny how some people are throwing out that all of the black women are AGGRESSIVE and that's why they go. I personally think someone like Marcus Akin is a lot more aggressive, but you never see him get called that.
Also, one black man winning doesn't disqualify the fact that it took twelve years for a black woman to survive a head-to-head eviction  |

Or the fact that almost every single black female has either been evicted at the first opportunity, hasn't made it past the halfway mark of their respective series, and booted out to an awful reception. |
