It's the same for all normal tv shows editions now be lucky to get 1.5m in overnights |

It's gone from 'Who Wins? You Decide!' to 'Who wins? I dunno, whoever the producers let make the final?' |
2.4m last night with plus one abit lower but quite abit Of competition last night

Celebrity Big Brother - 2.5m/10.2%
I expected a 2.6m but still that will be around 3m officially. A lot of this weeks shows should be in the 2.9-3.0m area officially. The way it's going I think we are looking at an official average of 2.8m which would be on par with CBB8 and CBB11, and higher than CBB9... and obviously higher than the summer series.. CBB10, CBB12, CBB14 and CBB16. |
Good enough average if that's how it plays out. After a lower launch/first week, it's picked up decently in the same kind of vein as BB14
|
BBC1:
The Great Sport Relief British BakeOff- 6.1m (28%) Camila’s Kids Company: the Inside Story- 2.4m (11.5%) BBC2: World War Three: Inside the War Room- 600,000 (2.9%) ITV: Midsomer Murders- 5m (23%) Channel 4: Posh Pawn- 1.1m (5.1%) 24 Hours in A&E- 2.1m (10.3%) Channel 5: GPs: Behind Closed Doors- 1.2m (5.3%) Celebrity Big Brother- 2.4m (11.7%) Comedy Central: Drunk History- 145,000 (0.9%) *Series High It's taken a hit the last 3 days, BUT the share is higher than most of the shares when it was getting 2.7m, so there wasn't many people watching TV last night compared to other nights. It was the same rating as 9pm on BBC1 which followed a show that got 6m! So, CBB was only behind Midsomer Murders last night at 9pm. |
Getting the same as a programme shown on BBC1 is nothing to be ashamed of. This series has done good.

CBB - 2.5M last night including +1
|
Tonight I predict 2.7m-2.8m possibly. That would make it on par with CBB15 final.

Cant believe no ones been arsed to post the finale ratings.
2.71 including +1 so pretty much on parr with launch and should add a good 300k in officials bringing it to 3 million. I did expect more though tbh. |
Agree very lazy expected more but not bad how does it compare to last year
|
Broadcast says that the final only got 2.6m :(
However great news the officials were released and the penultimate week did incredible. The Friday shows added 900k!!!!!!! I'm on my mobile so can't post properly but it's on BBSPY (the officials) so post them here :) |
Monday 25th - 3.04M
Tuesday 26th - 2.97M Wednesday 27th - 3.11M Thursday 28th - 3.2M Friday 29th part 1 - 3.25M Friday 29th part 2 - 3.04M Saturday 30th - 2.4M (excluding +1) Sunday 31st - 3.3M Some really good officials there, wow at Friday and Sunday. :cheer2: Currently averaging 2.8M now! I expect it to hit 2.9-3M once we get the final officials. |

Just think it was a few days long 4 weeks max I think for Cbb |
2.6m for the final means it will probably get around 3.1m once the officials are in which is more than CBB15's final last year.
That 3.3m rating for Jeremy's eviction is impressive. I'm kinda annoyed that the ratings increased once the show stopped being good imo. Whereas the first two weeks didn't rate as well but were much more enjoyable. |
Hope it hits 3 million<3
|
Yep, so here were the officials via BBSPY (in brackets are the overnights)
M - 3.04m (2.5m) T - 2.97m (2.6m) W - 3.11m (2.5m) T - 3.21m (2.61m) F - 3.25m (2.38m) F - 3.04m (2.14m) S - 2.39m* (1.80m) S - 3.32m (2.66m) The official average with 5 more officials to go is 2.82m. Those are incredible increases for Friday and fantastic for Sunday and most days really! |
The final probably won't add much. People will just hear about who finished where and won't be too interested in seeing it.

If you take out the Saturday ratings, the series would have had a 3m official. |

CBB15 final got a 2.71m overnight and a 3.03m. We'll see, do you think it will beat 3.03m? I also agree with the overnight figure probably dropped after Tiffany was evicted (not just because she was my fave but because i saw a lot of comments saying that), HOWEVER, Broadcast did say that it did peak at over 2.9m as Scotty was crowned. The biggest thing to be impressed with is the Friday shows, first and interview. People at the start moaned about how late it was, but lets look at the increases.... 1st week- 2.29m and 2.32m 2nd week- 2.91m and 2.13m (that was a decrease though) 3rd week- 2.95m and 2.68m 4th week- 3.25m and 3.04m The 9pm show increased almost 1m in 4 weeks, the interviews grew 720,000. |
Did Broadcast publish an audience share % including +1 for the final?

But the share for the peak was more impressive... The stripped Endemol format, which was won by Geordie Shore star Scotty T, peaked with 2.9m (17%) at 10.17pm. Also, in SHARE it beat CBB15's final: While it was well ahead of the 1.7m (9.5%) who watched former The Apprentice candidate triumph in September, it was unable to outperform the 2.7m (12.3%) who watched Katie Price’s victory 12 months ago. After launching on 5 January with a series high of 2.9m (13.9%), it went on to entertain a series average of 2.4m (10.9%). So the final was only 0.4% below the launch share. But was 1.2% UP on CBB15's final in share. |
