Comp should start shortly, we're getting fishies in the meantime

Raph 06-10-2016 11:48 AM

Superfan Alex giving a hinky vote, because she knows how much the feedsters love that <3

JerseyWins 06-10-2016 12:53 PM

Wow so Alex won HOH. It sucks that no matter what they decide to do, Monte (or America's nominee but I'm assuming him) is a goner this week.

But then again, I think their target is either Justin or Danielle, so I guess this works out ok.

BBfanUSA 06-10-2016 02:33 PM

Voting for Danielle to get the care package so the HGs would realize that the hinky vote came from inside the house

HNs I'm voting for are Monte, Scott, and Whitney

BBfanUSA 06-10-2016 05:34 PM

America's Care Packages have been revealed

Week 2: Save a Friend- Whoever wins this can choose a friend to have immunity for the week
Week 3: Pick a Veto- Whoever wins this can choose the type of Veto for the week, which can include A Diamond Veto, Two Vetoes, or a Boomerang Veto which allows both hgs to be taken off the block
Week 4: Safety Servant- Whoever wins this is safe for the week but must serve the HoH at all times to ensure safety
Week 5: Eliminate 3 eviction votes
Week 6: Co-HoH, this Hg gets all of the HoH's privileges and chooses 1 nom
Week 7: Double Eviction Veto, Whoever wins this gets the double eviction Veto
Week 8: The Final Four Challenge, Whoever wins this receives a challenge from BB, if they're successful, they'll automatically lock a spot into the final 4

wtf why would they vote Cornbread out, he had no chance of winning if the audience didn't like him? How stupid. And nearly unanimous so I guess all but Cornbread knew, which is kind of boring, the way it was announced at least had tension.

Wish Danielle had gone, a live update showed her helping Jason idiotically at the veto, and it would have killed a showmance.

The first ep was ok, good to see them all enter singly (how it should be done), and I liked the announcement for eviction rather than seeing the votes (we find out with them). Maybe it's more dramatic having the presenter do it, but still it's again an improvement on what is normally done.

The only thing I didn't like was there was nothing of the strategy talk before the vote. I didn't want it giving away what the result was in advance but as least some talk should be done. Should have put something in to replace the unfortunately kept pleas, which I skipped in case it gave it away.

Idiots keeping the showmance though.

Julie's live Q&A with the Houseguests is starting now.

LukeB 06-10-2016 09:07 PM

Good to see Cornbread go,

Raph 07-10-2016 04:55 AM

Liking this cast but HATE america's vote and the care packages, affects the true beauty of the game way too much -.-

starry 07-10-2016 08:53 AM

I don't mind the vote at the end, the nomination vote seems pointless if the HG's just do the frequent everyone agrees who's going anyway beforehand.

BBfanUSA 07-10-2016 12:54 PM

For the Wednesday recap, they subtitled CB saying F You to the hgs, iconic

I agree completely... and this season seems like 2 opposing sides going at it with a few floaters in there so it would've been great to see play out without any votes involved. :/

Awesome :joker: This was hilarious especially because no one seemed to notice. :joker: :joker: :joker:

The competitions are so tacky and cheap  I only like Alex and Whitney lol i don't really care about the rest.

JerseyWins 07-10-2016 03:54 PM

True about the comps.

Also I just watched the most recent weekday recap and I had no idea that Jason/Kryssie/Shane/Danielle/Justin were an official alliance now. Kryssie kinda sucks but I guess overall it's a pretty good group.

Oh hi final 3

Jack_ 07-10-2016 07:55 PM

I just watched the episode, it was surprisingly good given how much they had to cover. The full hour helped a lot, though I did notice they still had what would be the commercial outros if it were on TV so can anyone who was watching live tell me what happened...did they have a few ads or did it just come back on?

The eviction was a bit of a mess though, I mean I liked seeing each HG being called to the DR individually but it lacked a lot of atmosphere without Julie and tbh if she didn't want to work Wednesday night's I think they'd have been better doing a typical live show on Thursday afternoon (with highlight segments as per) and then have her conduct the vote and eviction interview as normal  you could also invite an audience down that way, might give it some more gravitas

And yeah the comps really are so budget, which is a shame cause I kinda wanted to see how the big builds played out in real time? This isn't really what I was looking for in this season, same with them changing the noms ceremony

zakman440 07-10-2016 09:04 PM

There weren't any ads when it played out live, so I assume the ad placers were there for those who want to watch the episode on demand and don't have an ad-free All Access account.

In other news, Kryssie's been given the first care package!

BBfanUSA 07-10-2016 09:40 PM

Actually didn't expect Kryssie to get it.

This actually puts a bigger target on her back however.

starry 08-10-2016 09:55 AM

The public seem to love Jason, she is near to him apparently. Cornbread made a move against Jason and went up.

I think the challenges have been ok so far, it's not like on the normal seasons they are that different. They could decorate them a bit more but that's it. We've had an endurance (apparently over 2 hours) and a variation on where people decide one by one who wins the competition.

Looked at some live stream and it was all Kryssie talking strategy, I got tired after 20 minutes. I think strategy is better suited to a storyline as told through episodes, otherwise you have to listen to a load of hot air signifying very little as people waffle on to confuse people or feed the paranoia.

Headie 08-10-2016 10:22 AM

Ugh I wanted Shane to win it and save Danielle. Now Kryssie will save Jason when he wasn't even being targeted.

Praying Monte is evicted this week

zakman440 08-10-2016 08:10 PM

Not a bad set of have-nots. There was a big campaign on Twitter to make Morgan a have-not too.

Macie Lightfoot 09-10-2016 12:28 AM

lmao apparently there was a big convo today where Neeley was just like "hey Monte are you racist? Just wanted to clear the air lol :)" and it was this big house meeting thing that went on for hours, with Monte talking about how hard it is to be white and how he's in trouble if a bunch of liberals watch this show.

Oh and Scott's game blew up apparently. Like Ronnie levels.

zakman440 10-10-2016 02:32 AM

Alex nominated Shane and Danielle. There's also another campaign to make Morgan America's Nominee so I wouldn't be surprised if that comes to pass like the other one.

Raph 10-10-2016 11:36 AM

Good on Alex for nominating the showmance early on :clap1:

Goodie! get rid of the showmance. There's also a campaign for Kryssie to be up because her getting the care package has got to her head.

Talking of care packages they need to be axed, there's far too many and each one is a game helper. America has way too much power and it sucks.
