LEE 14-11-2003 12:47 AM

I'm sure I should say bike, but I am so much a car person

BMW or Mercedes

kaphc 14-11-2003 01:36 PM

BMW - there's just something that's classier about a Beamer!

Video or DVD

LEE 14-11-2003 01:56 PM

Definitely DVD, much better quality and you get much more for your money.

X Men or X Files

(Disagree with you a Beamers, they're boring. Love mercs though  )

BusyBee 14-11-2003 05:54 PM

X-Files (so pathetic it makes me laugh)

Fridays or Mondays.

LEE 14-11-2003 06:04 PM

Fridays, for obvious reasons lol

Saturdays or Sundays

ps: sorry still don't like BMW's

Janette 15-11-2003 10:43 PM

Sundays - I work Saturdays so Sundays are my weekend!

Marilyn Monroe or Jayne Mansfield

Skip 16-11-2003 12:15 PM

Marilyn Monroe, Love her movies !!!! Lots of fun. :hello:

Cary Grant or James Dean ???

Janette 16-11-2003 02:52 PM

It just has to be James Dean - the man was just so gorgeous!

Rugby League or Rugby Union

LEE 16-11-2003 04:02 PM

Well I don't know much about either of them - not even sure what the difference is :conf: - but as I am moving to just outside of Wigan I had better say Rugby League lol

Another sporty one............

Athletics or Gymnastics

BusyBee 17-11-2003 05:47 PM

Have to say Athletics cos when I was at school I got kicked under the chin whilst doing gymnastics and have got a scar there.

Tomato ketchup or brown sauce.

LEE 17-11-2003 10:11 PM

Ketchup

Star Trek or Babylon 5

Maggie 18-11-2003 12:22 PM

Oh that's to hard a choice LEE love them both

kaphc 18-11-2003 02:19 PM

And there was me thinking it was a hard choice because I don't like either of them!

James 18-11-2003 06:17 PM

Star Trek DS9 - loved that series.
I thought Babylon5 was good to start with but got a bit pompous really.

Cinema or video?

Sticks 18-11-2003 06:48 PM

Video - you can pause it when you need to go to the loo and you do not have to put up with screaming brats being allowed to do running races so you have to keep standing up and sitting down, standing up and sitting down (especially when you need the loo)

Bass Brewery Chain or J D Wetherspoons

kaphc 24-11-2003 09:29 AM

Wetherspoon because they are often non-smoking, which is nice for those who don't smoke.

Football or Rugby

BigSister 24-11-2003 05:35 PM

Football even though I have been getting into Rugby this past couple of weeks

letter or Email

BusyBee 24-11-2003 06:09 PM

Letter - I know it is quicker by e-mail, but there is nothing like a long chatty letter from a friend that you can sit and enjoy.

Train or coach travel

LEE 24-11-2003 08:54 PM

Definitely Train - don't like coach travel at all.

Mind you in my opinion nothing beats going by car

Walking or Running

kaphc 25-11-2003 09:40 AM

I'll go for a long walk rather than run any time!!

Paris or Amsterdam

BusyBee 25-11-2003 08:31 PM

I was disappointed with Paris when I went there, very commercialised. Amersterdam very clean and lovely city. But as I am a die hard romantic I'll have to say Paris, for all its faults there is something about the place.

Living in the town - living in the country.

Romantic Old Bird 26-11-2003 11:43 AM

I think country....until I need to go shopping!

Scotland or Wales?

LEE 26-11-2003 12:00 PM

Well as I'm half Welsh I suppose I have to say Wales, though I have a lot of Scottish friends who will prob not be amused.

Arnie or Stalone?

BusyBee 27-11-2003 01:20 PM

Dont really like either, but if I had to choose I think I would pick Stallone.

Hatchback or saloon car

Janette 08-12-2003 01:04 AM

Hatchback - my car is one!
