A boyband to me tends to at least have 4 members, I have seen them go down to 3 before though like the new Take That song proves. |

Rarely do they play any musical instruments or write their own material The Beatles were nothing like a boy band. |
Their songs was cheesy enough to be made for a boyband.

I hope it's really late where you are...
or that your too drunk to see straight,,, or your pulling my leg... Or your just being the Mockinator for the fun of it |
I'm being very serious, a lot of their Music could be given out to boybands like 1D, Take That, hell even the crooners that was Westlife.

And sure not every one of there songs was a hit... or held the most depth... and songs like "I wanna hold your hand" shot them to the top of the charts when it was a fairly basic tune by today's standards... But those songs in the era they existed changed music history. And they used those songs that the labels would love, that had the catch handle, that may seem mundane by today's standards, to build a platform for a wealth of music and creativity that set the stage for rock and pop alike. They may not be your ideal musical talents for today... but I hate when musical artists that scoped the landscape of music 50 years ago get disparaged by comparison to modern day music. It's called context and its called history. You can't deny they did something that most of today's artist could only dream of |
Yes The Beatles started boybands off, thank you guys.
They showed more talent that your average boyband but they was still a boyband, as you even said their songs was quite basic (which is why I don't like most of the 60's Music) and it certainly was not what I would call Rock. |
ahhh... the played past the sixties you know... and I said some of their songs were basic, just like not every song on an album is a number one or a classic
How much of their music have you actually heard? not enough I'd wager |
i actually can't @ someone using pictures of iggy azalea and ed sheeran to identify their tastes, coming for the beatles lmao

I mean get some perspective people |
I've heard Hey Jude, Let It Be, Come Together, Ticket To Ride, Twist And Shout, and Yesterday.
They're all suppose to be “classics” apparently. I actually liked John Lennon's solo stuff though, it was more interesting. |

I probably have heard more songs from them as well as my Mom did play one of their Albums the once, but as I'm not a stan, or a Gran, I can't remember the name of all the songs. But a nice try by you and Shaun to dismiss my opinion. |
