Banana
Curry yakisoba noodles
Cheese and ham toasty
A burger in a sesame seed bun with loads of lettuce and tomato in it. Had some home made oven chips on the side too.

I'm trying to cut down on sugar atm, I know I've had lots of white carbohydrates but we all have to start somewhere. I refused chocolate and drinking anything apart from water today.

I'm on a health kick so dieting/cutting down/eating healthier majorly and exercising more. Today I've had:

Breakfast: Kellogg's "Ancient Legends" cereal (granola, muesli etc) with a banana cut up in it and a cuppa.

Lunch: Orange.

Tea: Basa fish with rice and peas.

Supper: Brown/seedy toast with another cuppa.

Had 5 pints of water too! I can't make 8 I'll be up all night peeing ha! Tomorrow night is my "meal off" so I'm having a kebab with my mate, can't wait! ;)
