I've recently stopped calorie counting and I'm gonna be honest, it makes me feel very anxious :worry:
Breakfast - avocado and mustard rolls x2 Lunch - strawberry, blueberry lime and mango, fruit salad. Dinner - fried plantain and kidney beans. |

Wow at all you healthy eaters, much impressed.
I on the other hand have junked out today. Breakfast, injection followed by large coffee and two ginger biscuits, helps the 9 tablets to go down. Lunch, Greek strawberry corner and a bag of Doritos. Tea, bowl of honey nut cornflakes followed by another 4 tablets. Probably have a cheese bun at about ten then another jab at 1 ish before bed. |

So today I was moving into my new pad so my eating was all over the place.
Breakfast I just had a cup of tea. Lunch we stopped at a service station I was feeling quite car sick so I only got a soy latte. Dinner I'm just having a veggie wrap to line my stomach before going out lol. |

I always have 3 meals a day, breakfast, dinner and tea and norm supper too. Up to now today Ive had two slice of toast, a cup of coffee and a glass of oj, that was about 8am. soon I will have an asda tuna and mayo sandwich for me dinner then prob a bag of crisps and a milky way,. Teatime not sure but prob some carbs as I do a kettlebell class on a Tues. Supper is normally rubbish like crisps.

Nothing yet, but I fancy some Heinz spaghetti Bolognese with a bit of toast, so I'm just about to pop out to Iceland to get some.

Way too much food...
Husband made steak and corn on the grill, I baked some garlic bread... Then had some ice cream cups, so I got the last bit of Cookies N' Creme ice cream and his favorite in the freezer and made us some ice cream. I actually feel bad that we had so much food. I should've set aside a plate and taken some to my grandmother. :( Well... I'll remember next time... I have liver in the freezer that needs to be made and my husband hates liver. |
