I was reading DS there and just found out Eastenders Faced the Axe a few years ago :shocked:

Apperantly it got 3 Million most nights during 2006 and August was their lowest ratings.
I thought EE was amazing in Summer 2006 and just 2006 in General, thats when Get Johnny Week was.

Indeed, thats when Emmerdale was at its best :P

Yep thats what it says here somthing about Emmerdale getting 8 Million on Tom Kings Killer or somthing, while Eastenders 'Beales & Mitchells Crash' got 4 Million Because it clashed with Emmerdale.


Apperantly a producer came in and was also the reason for 'poor storys' (which I liked though lol)
I just hope now Diedrick leaves, that the new producer doesnt let History repeat itself with a decline in ratings.

Do you think Doctors should **** the British Soap Awards?

This morning I watched the 2009 BSA on Youtube and it makes me laugh when Doctors fail.
It rates low doesnt it?

I think they shouldnt be brought back as there a day time soap aswell, what do you think on that?

I forget when they opened last year, I voted so much times for diffrent EE characters didnt quite work though as Kara Tointen lost out on Sexiest Female :(
