I don't like Quiche. Makes me think of raw eggs

It's ok. Only eat it cos I can't make anything myself and could just warm it up in the microwave

Had breakfast in bed served by daughter (first time I had let her do it and she was well chuffed!)
Then cheese and onion toastie for lunch and roast chicken/potatoes etc for dinner followed by Rocky road pie :D

Bowl of cornflakes

Will have a couple of bananas in a minute before going on a run.

Huge bit of steak I treated myself to, wedges and salad

Get pulled over/followed by the police quite a bit though
