One comment made about it in over 2 hours is hardly going on about it. Good lord.

But you're just coming back in to stir the pot and try and make the same point again, seriously it's really tiresome now!

I'm not stirring anything here... you all told me I was wrong and even Dixon and Shearer are agreeing with me. Just wanted to validate my analysis of the match.

Novo 12-06-2010 11:45 PM

Patrick Viera agrees with me

Did they say we were utter ****e? I highly doubt it.

King Gizzard 12-06-2010 11:49 PM

This thread is completely void now the match is over

What a great performance by England

Well, they can hardly say that on national tv.

MissKittyFantastico 12-06-2010 11:49 PM

Can I make the next England thread please? :)

Oh stop being so pedantic.

King Gizzard 12-06-2010 11:50 PM

But I made the opening post so beautiful

Just look at it..

Great game. Shame about butterfingers. But it was a blooper and most can see that.... we played great. Inspired confidence, especially second half. I'd swap Heskey for Crouch though.

Love seeing Rooney on the ball. He's like "It's Mine, It's MINE!!!!!!!!"

Read back and you'll see what they said. None of them were impressed and all thought it wasn't good enough. Whatever.

Heskey was MOTM for me though, I thought he had really good game, showed why Capello took him :)

I love Rooney when he's playing for England, he works his ass off, he must have been frustrated as hell tonight.

Heskey is a man moutain but a little slow for me. Nearly killed their goalie though :joker: I honestly thought his ribs had snapped in his chest or something at the time!

That was awful for me to see with Howard being our keeper at Everton :( Thought he had cracked ribs for sure :bawling:

He's great at holding the ball up though Heskey, and Rooney has said he's his favoured partner up front, which actually suprised me but I can see why :)

Oh yeah of course :/ It was a right old crack he got. Surprised he played on tbh

Novo 13-06-2010 12:11 AM

Not bothered if Howard was out for the whole year.. Would have sacrifised that for England scoring there

He wasn't that solid last season I'll give you that, he flapped about a bit too much for my liking, but he's still a really decent keeper imo
