I still think it's Erin who's the Mole but I think we can see the obvious stuff whereas the contestants won't have seen some of her Mole'ing stuff

They don't win. They are paid to take on the role.

Yeah, but that would ruin the whole game. The mole is under strict instructions, they break their contract, they probably don't get paid.

Well during M5 the mole won the money that the group lost. I thought that was a great way of doing, a really excuse to try hard to being the mole

Not sure about this one tbh perhaps they have a paid contract?
