but there is not video evidence. 2 minutes of video is not evidence. it doesn't show the context at all. just hysterical bystanders that have no idea wtf is going on.

If those two minutes document the last two minutes of someones life then yes it's evidence however hysterical the bystanders, for me anyway.

and as far as needing better training and procedures, that's true for every profession. doctors, teachers, mailmen, janitors, every profession.

Of course it is but I suppose when you carry a gun around with you as part of your job then it becomes even more important than alot of other professions

i don't think it is. doctors and teachers have just as much power to destroy people's lives. not to even mention politicians.
