I deliver the painting to Liverpool in a fortnight - gonna take the train and have a good few hours there. Great city!

I’m dropping it off on Tuesday Ammi. Delivery days are tomorrow (Saturday) or Tuesday so we’re going then as it’ll be much quieter mid-week than a busy Saturday, just much easier with the trains also.

….ahhh yeah, Tuesday is a good travelling day…safe journey to you and the ‘fab four’ guys that you’re taking back to their roots…:love:…I’ve already been checking out the website of the art fair and maybe we’ll be able to see it online when it’s hanging in its space, I’ll keep looking…it’ll be a stunning piece…:love:..

Yeah last year we went mid-week too to deliver and the trains all the way there were practically empty so. Much easier when lugging a painting around on the journey!

The open evening for it is the 10th or 11th I think? I can’t make it sadly but they film everything and share videos and images of what’s up throughout the event.

I’ll be popping back in a few weeks sometime to see it on display! :love:

Aw thanks everyone! I haven’t been able to get there yet, will be going in a fortnight’s time but I’ve seen it from clips/photos of people who have already been. I’ve miraculously ended up in the same exact spot my painting of Lily Savage was in last year. :P

…that’s really cool, that it’s in the exact same spot as Lily…almost as if that’s your reserved place in the exhibition…?…:love:…I found it in the catalogue but it’s nice to see it nestling with all of the others and it does look pretty fabulous…there’s some great artwork there, as well as feeling elated at your own works showing, you’ll love the exhibition overall…

…I don’t know if you’ve seen this little promo vid of the art fair @LaLaLand …it’s just a general overview but if you forward it to :49 seconds….there is a zoom in/close up of your painting…I think TiBB can claim you as the star/highlight of the show…best in show…?…yes, I think so…:love:…

I received confirmation the other day that another oil painting of mine, the small Marilyn Monroe portrait from her movie “Niagara”, has been selected for another exhibition now - The North Wales Open Exhibition. Starts next month. :love:

…I was bursting with excitement when I saw the close up as there are so many artists/artworks showing and it’s such a short video so wow…how amazing is that…!!!!!!!….I love the Marilyn/Niagara painting also, I’ll definitely follow that exhibition online also as much as I’m able to…hopefully 2025 is going to develop more and more into being your year/a great year…:love:…

I wasn’t sadly! Too much going on at the moment. It’s closing Monday and I’m collecting the painting Tuesday so I’ll see it on the wall before I bring it from there anyway ha.

I’m just very happy and grateful to have been included again. Hopefully next year I can make it a hat trick. :fc:
