Having Grealish on the bench is the equivalent to Bobby Robson having Gazza on the bench in Italia 90, it's unthinkable.

I'm not saying Grealish is as good as Gazza, but he is considered by most our most talented player.

We weren’t able to get the ball to Grealish for his first ten minutes as the midfield lacks creativity.. he did go through a short period of success but then he was stamped on which sadly slowed him down

Imo that's an off game under Southgate.

Because let's face it the rest of the Tournament weren't exactly like that for us, especially compared to the last Euros where we were bad in nearly every match.

He started one game and lasted about 60 minutes then came on for 20 minutes in three games .. now considering it takes ten minutes to get used to the pace of the game ...20 minutes isn’t long enough

I honestly don't see it, imo he is a decent player that the Media are trying to blow up into the English version of Messi, it's embarrassing imo.

Every time I watch Grealish I keep waiting for him to do something that makes me see him as a special player, but I honestly haven't seen it yet.

Imo Villa's only world class player they've got at the moment imo is Martinez as he is a fantastic Goalkeeper that I honestly wish we'd snapped up whilst he was struggling to become Arsenal's number one. Players like Grealish, Mings, Konsa, El Ghazi, and McGinn I see as the grade below, and controversially I just don't rate Ross Barkley at all for any Premier League team, but that's just me personally.

It's not good for the lads confidence when the manager doesn't trust him. Let the lad play and show his ability.
