My dislike was he called himself ‘the people’s champ’. Out of the four up there’s not much to go on. I also feel he’ll just be wallpaper the entire season. I mean he didn’t even bother to try in the hands up challenge, dropping out first after only 5 mins.

I think he just feels a bit defeated when he was in the storage, he'll probably perk up more in the next few days. But if he goes Friday ( which I think he might)... then imo it will be a bit unfair.

She honestly makes me feel so relaxed and calm when I hear her talk ,you can tell she's smart and composed herself :) . She's opening up more aswell.

There was a lot of people back in 2012 (especially around my age group) that made jokes about Bieber looking incredibly feminine, it was stupid looking back on it, but nothing that should being brought up against Trish (or anyone for that matter) a decade later.

I hope that Ryan is what I believe him to be, which is a misunderstood Housemate, kind of similar to what happened to Govan in BB11.

I remember back in the old BB days they were supposed to give them breaks in-between,for health & safety. There's no way I could stand with my arm in the air for over 2 hours !! ... I'm shocked Lily managed to stay still for that long ,both her & Daze had such strength & determination.

She also promised she'd pick Lily to join her as a housemate,she kept her promise . I agree it was guilt trip...but both Daze & Lily were psyching eachother out as both were competitive and wanted to win.

The fact they were hugging and crying afterwards...proves how it got to them emotionally and their friendship.

…I honestly don’t know why Trish is relevant at all to this season in any way…well tbh…she was kind of ‘erased’ from last season cast in that she wasn’t invited to the eviction night, was she and didn’t have any type of ex housemate guest spot…

I think Trish got brought up because another member was talking about Loukas having her as his favourite from last Season, and then Loukas generously put up a link (which thank you btw Loukas) about all of the stuff that she said, because I questioned how bad Trish's comments were.

I'm not so sure - BB viewers are generally chavs (excluding most TiBBers, obvs :love: ), and in the C5 days Tories would always get cheered, and last a while. I think useage of "woke" post-dates the last C5 series, but I bet most of the crowd faves would say they're against it in their VT.

I know it's early days, but one thing that continues to annoy me about ITV's Big Brother is their prioritising games and tasks over actual housemate interactions. The vast majority of housemate interactions last series, as far as I can remember, was centred around the latest task or parlour game. So the scope of what housemates spoke about was very narrow and limited.

Sure, every now and again these games games expose an interesting quirk or duplicitous streak in certain housemates (like Daze last night), but those moments are pretty few and far between, and would be just as likely to happen in tasks more similar to how they were run during the days of old (i.e., a fewer number of tasks, but longer and usually running over a period of many, many days and with lots of downtime for the HMs to just shoot the **** and not be hyper focused on the task at all times).

True, the housemates that BB seems to prize nowadays are pretty vacuous and dealing in platitudes as opposed to any real degree of original or controversial styles of thinking, but they should at least be given the opportunity to display those traits and have them rise to the surface. Because I don't doubt that they're there below [[CURRENT YEAR]]'s rictus grin of wishy washy politeness on television.

The best part of last night's show, despite me not finding either to be particularly likable or interesting, was Lily and Ali sitting down and contrasting their vastly different life experiences. It was actually pretty amusing (and somewhat endearing) to see Lily talking so excitedly and eagerly about her work as a takeaway call handler when Ali had just finished cooly explaining her esteemed role as a forensic psychologist.

Yeah I liked that, and the conversation about the Monarchy.

Both instances came up naturally, based on the HMs' lives and personalities.
