I really loved your Slovakian entry this time.

The only songs solely in a foreign language to have won so far are "Tanımam" and "Cicciolina". "Lovesick Girls" was mostly in Korean, but had a fair amount of English in it.

I found the song on the movie Hostel, I love that soundtrack and I always wanted to put a song from there on here. I should of voted for it myself, maybe it would of made 9t through :bawling:

Yeah, most chucked some points to their own songs. I think it was defo an acquired taste though that song (even though I did love it) but great punt to try as it could have worked.

for next edition i'm gonna try something different, majority of my entries through internal selections, but i'm thinking of doing a national final for Germany (i have quite a wide selection of songs i like there) and i need to show more commitment to this, after the criticism i received from other players this edition

Think I’ve settled on the countries I will represent next edition. Had to give up one of my usual three as two made the auto qualifiers so excited to see what someone does with the one I’ve not chosen.

…it’s a bit frustrating because I can’t look at songs/artists very much until I know which countries are being taken by others…

I’m just putting a list together for now, and will finalise my songs once I know the countries.

We could always twist Josiah’s arm now to let us choose our countries now to give loads of time to find songs ready for the deadline.

…ahhh, I might do that also …but then if there was one that I totally loved and someone else took the country, I might have to fight them to the death…and that’s not really the spirit of Eurovision that Josiah is hoping for, he’s all about the love…

…see I was thinking that also but you weren’t afraid of actually saying it…it would be nice if we could just begin our preparation and search time now…
