Breakfast was large mug of coffee with a go-bar.
Lunch was 2 low fat babybel and 2 slices of artisan olive bread.
Then I went silly and had 2 pits of cheese and onion crisps.
Organic/outdoor bred Yorkshire pork chops, home made oven chips, onion rings and fried egg for tea.

I still eat honey haha it's a controversial topic in the old vegan community. It's a bit of a grey area because while it's an animal product, the production of honey has a positive effect on the environment. I don't have it much I just have a jar in my cupboard that i haven thrown away because 1 food waste and 2 I don't feel guilty about eating honey.

armand.kay 15-01-2018 04:58 AM

(also bees are still exploited in producing a lot of vegan stuff)
