I'd forgotten how much hype there was around Dax preseason and then...she delivers that...

season 8 was the worst so far imo

no likeable queens, they either sucked, were boring or were just annoying (thorgy)

Was there hype around Dax?

I thought she was an obvious early boot? I definitely didn't think she'd do well after Violet winning the season prior. They didn't even mention she was her dragmother during the photoshoot. She got served dog turd with the edit.

I think it must have been the same legion of fans that were rabid with determination that Phi Phi would slay this season with her new cosplay amazingness - they caught a glimpse of Dax as Storm from the Xmen and were immediately sold.

And 8 > 1, 2 and 7 sorry not sorry. I'd even put it above 5 for overall strength of cast, although the challenges were better in 5.

I just read the cast list again and thought how much I loved the majority of the girls in 8.... and Bob is my most favorite queen of all seasons

like before she resurfaced in all of the Pulse Nightclub coverage I'd completely forgotten about Jade, everyone seems to treat Rebecca Glasscock as a joke in the show's history, and then there was Akashia, Shannel and Porkchop :worry: all pretty crap.

But it did give us Tammie Brown so all is forgiven <3
