Our main priority is the baby, she's all that matters. He's definitely the type of freak to take her and he's threatened it. Up until tonight my sister agreed to supervised visits but there's going to be no contact whatsoever now.
This is an idiot who's into all sorts and up to his eyeballs in debt, got beat up twice whilst he was out in town because he owes drug money. There's no way he's being allowed contact with her. I can just imagine him in town with her and some thug doing him over in front of her.

It's like déjà Vu for me hearing all this. Bloody scumbag. I can empathise every step of the way, and it's a horrible thing she's going through. I hope she manages to get rid, move on and be happy.

I fought my ex on the access front, over 12 months to and from court it took and finally the judge ruled he wasn't fit/it was not in my Josh's best interests for contact to be granted and it was a massive relief.

He dragged my brother into it tonight, telling her stuff that my brother wanted private. He's being 'dealt' with I think :)

He's worked a number on her though. I was telling her yesterday that what he did when they were together was emotional abuse and she outright denied it, and to a degree actually defended him. She gives him chance after chance to redeem himself and he fails her everytime.

I had his card marked way back and kept my eye on him. I just hope she stands by what she says and keeps well away.

That baby is better off without a father than one like him.

He can take it to court which again he's threatened because he has 'rights'. Theres no way a judge is going to grant him any access to her.

Glenn :( I hope your sister's okay... and the guy she's friends with too, that's really horrible for him to be threatened like that for no reason. Jeez :/

....ahh yeah, sometimes and often, things just happen and opportunities that you hadn't thought about before, present themselves and then just feel right..but whatever it is that you do end up doing, I know you'll be great at it, Jemal...

..Glenn, it all sounds awful and I understand your feelings of frustration as well, I think that's only natural..unfortunately, when it comes to emotions, people won't see things 'clearly' unless they want to and nothing that anyone says will change that until they're ready to see it themselves...so far as the threats are concerned, I hope the police and courts sort that out, ok...:hug:...
