i mean up front Williams brothers are half basque, half ghanese (nice loophole like that for Athletic Bilbao, not to break their rule but having given two amazingly talented forwards for spanish football)

yes Athletic have made that rule themselves, the spanish FA didn't, they are allowed to buy foreign players but prefer not to
