An apple Two slices of wholegrain toast with peanut butter and sprinkled with seeds (sesame, chia, flax and sunflower) Mocha latte White rice and steamed turnip leaves |
No breakfast.
I had a cheese and coleslaw roll for lunch and a lemon yoghurt. For dinner it was lamb chops, green beans and roast new potatoes in a wine sauce. |
I should make coleslaw some time, I haven't had it in so long

Yesterday:
- Vegetarian breakfast (hash browns, mushrooms, baked beans, veggie sausage, eggs, toast) - Plantain chips - Flapjack - Some Polish biscuit/cake things |
because i was hungry i just had my lunch!
i had baxters minestrone soup (with added Tabasco) and 2 slices of polish bread with toasted cheese on for my pudding I am going to have a bounty with tea at proper lunchtime :hee: |
