so far I've had an apple and a necterine, I'm going to have a chicken sandwich with cherry tomatoes for lunch with ............a curly wurly :fan: Not sure what's for dinner yet maybe fish

The TL is doing this microbiome thing from America so last night on our big shop we had to buy fecking Ostrich steaks, pak choi, flaxseed oil, fennel and a whole load of other weird stuff

Inevitably it all cost a bloody arm and a leg... :idc:

Dinner was steak with homemade chips, onions, mushrooms and corn on the cob

Four dark chocolate biscuits
