Nathan go to the doctor ffs, it's probably just a hernia, Gaz has got one on his calf and it's a bit sore sometimes, no biggie though but get it checked out

If it isnt getting any bigger then it's probably harmless, but go to the doc anyway

I have loads of them...all my family do too.....i wont get them removed though after seeing how much pain my sister was in when she got them off.....
