I have just got a new glass bin and it blew away last night and its no where to be found

well 2 of my wheelies had blown over and the glass bin was gone and the one bottle that was in it was on the path 2 foot from where it lives!

I called Lancashire Police to report it and they said that most likely it had gone in the river and was I drinking last night? - I said Id had a few..
