Shame about Finn tbh.

Marsh. 05-10-2017 10:54 PM

Emma's obviously a great character and the actress has made even the terrible parts to this storyline bearable by being so good.

But, overall, this branch of the Barton clan has been a huge waste. James and Finn barely did anything before being killed off.

Josy 06-10-2017 04:29 AM

The whole Emma storyline has been dragged on to death I was sick of it tbh, glad its over but sad to lose Finn

Denver 06-10-2017 06:33 PM

So Ross pushed Emma

Drew. 06-10-2017 06:44 PM

Strange week, quite a lot seemed rushed/unrealistic but it remained pretty tense. Emmas inevitable death by suicide seemed quite an anticlimax but that twist at the end makes things 10x more interesting.

Quite a few characters had motives to kill her, Ross was obviously there but part of me thinks someone else may have pushed her, both Gabby and Moira went walk abouts so they're probably the obvious ones atm.

No one knows what actually happened.

Emma :(

Loved her character.

Cal. 06-10-2017 06:51 PM

I hope Gabby pushed her but they wouldn't do that since it's only 4 or 5 years after Belle did it.

Like are you even serious I thought you didn't watch - she killed her husband and her son and stole the baby of a fan favourite

Drew. 06-10-2017 06:53 PM

Emmas character couldn't go any further, anything other than her dying/being sent to prison would have been waaay too unrealistic, even for a soap

Yeah and I loved her character?

What a STUPID thing to say.

Yeah i agree with all this because they want us to think it's Ross but most likely it's someone else.. Laurel,Moira and Gabby are my main suspects.

Amy Jade 06-10-2017 07:01 PM

I'm sad Emma is gone, yeah they did drag the storyline on a bit but Gillian was amazing in the role and Emma has been amazing to watch as a viewer.

I absolutely adored Harriet's speech in the pub tonight too she has grown on me so much these last few months.

Marsh. 06-10-2017 10:39 PM

Where the hell is Laurel? She spends weeks trying to take Emma down and then isn't around when it all unravels.

She's staying at a relatives house to take a break from the village (Emma etc)

Vanessa 12-10-2017 07:06 PM

Very sad episode tonight :bawling:

Denver 23-10-2017 11:35 PM

the seven suspects are Laurel Thomas, Pete Barton, Gabby Thomas, Ross Barton, Cain Dingle, Moira Dingle and Adam Barton

LukeB 25-10-2017 01:39 PM

Where the hell is Laurel? where is her reaction to the reveal of Emma and she is a suspect and she hasn't even been shown for a while

Laurel is staying at her aunt or sisters house for a while so she can get a break from the village. Bit odd for her to be a suspect when she's currently in Leeds with family and nowhere near Emmerdale :joker:

hijaxers 20-11-2017 06:28 PM

Oh dear Emmerdale Lucky's drill was on reverse - this'll be a difficult suicide :joker:

Morgan. 22-11-2017 06:40 PM

I really liked Tom but if he's scamming our debs I'll be upset :bawling:

Spoiler:

Apparently he is Carl Kings son, as he had a son called Tom who dated Belle back in 2013 then moved to Saudi Arabia with his mum - and inherited quite a fortune

Vanessa 22-11-2017 06:49 PM

Yes, I think he's Carl son Thomas.

Morgan. 22-11-2017 06:53 PM

What grudge does he have Against Debs though?

Vanessa 22-11-2017 06:55 PM

Whoever he is, Charity knows him. That's why he sent Grahame to meet her instead of going himself.

Vanessa 22-11-2017 06:59 PM

He's definitely either a Tate or a King. One of their kids, back for revenge.
