Thats fake, someone photoshopped the album cover picture that she took onto a CD case (it's the same reflection on that picture as the picture she posted)

No, it's not gonna be on ARTPOP, the new one is Fashion!

She said she wanted to give a song an ARTPOP makeover though, so maybe she kept some of the lyrics and put them in the new version
