That's not the issue here though. The issue you decided to bring up was whether or not FIFA favoured France in their thoughts concerning the World Cup and that decision proves that they gave the advantage to the teams that they wanted to progess to the South Africa. It was crazy stuff.

And another stat for you, only one country has ever won the word cup outside of its continent. And that was Brazil in 2002. Other than that, the host continent has always won.
