I sunbathed 2 years ago for a few days with a cut out heart shape on my stomach and had a heart tanline lol!!

Surprising how many blokes i know that use sun beds..

Some places still do deliveries at this time..

Pizza and chips or Chicken tikka with egg fried rice and nan bread.. Big bottle of coke to wash it down.. Pukka!

Ive had fook all food the past week with my tooth...you can really see that ive lost weight from it.....need to have a feast over the weekend!

Are you fair haired and pale skinned? I'm lucky I've got Italian blood so I seem to tan quickly and don't burn, apart from my nose lol
