Mrs Brown Rides Again! Hysterical, sidesplitting theatrical performance from "Down Under" The language alone is going to get it an 18 Cert.

..Big...10/10.....

..Dinner with the Schmucks...7/10...

Gravity 3D - I liked it and thought the special effects were amazing. I cant stand George Clooney though so he ruined the movie for me, and it was a bit slow at times, but overall again amazing effects and great in 3D and Sandra Bullock was amazing as always :)

4/5

Elysium : I enjoyed it 7.5/10

The Hunger Games: Catching Fire - 10/10

Wow, surpasses the first one by far - mainly due to better direction and no shaky cam - and the arena looked amazing on screen. I think the story of this book translated better to screen than the first as well. Oh and Jennifer Lawrence, Woody Harrelson, Philip Seymour Hoffman and Stanley Tucci are all perfect. As is Effie

It's definitely one of the best book to film adaptations I've seen. Possibly the best

Just been to see the Hunger Games: Catching Fire. The best film I've honestly seen all year. Really good ending, I'm going to see it again soon.

Just watched Catching Fire... it wasn't 10/10 LOL calm down, but a strong 8.

watched The Wolverine today.

I wasn't looking forward to it because, tbh, he's my least favourite character in the franchise and I find his whole "oh I can't die how awful" thing quite boring. But the film's rather entertaining and the action's often amazing. Would give it a 7/10 since it's not really brilliant or franchise-changing.

Just finished watching 'The Starving Games' Basically, it's a piss take of the Hunger Games. Kinda like the Epic movie that took the piss out of Narnia. I cried with laughter.

Shaun 25-11-2013 10:37 PM

The Master.

It was excellent - particularly Philip Seymour Hoffman. Didn't love it, idk why - might be because it's not really a rewatchable film, but is quite faultless. 9/10.

DrunkerThanMoses 27-11-2013 09:25 PM

Catching Fire (2013) - I liked it but felt it was tad rushed in parts and missed some parts out of the book. Still enjoyable - 4/5

3 Needles (2005) - Not great, basically 3 different short movies put into one with each story involving Aids/HIV. Too long and kinda boring at times, plus 50% was spoken in Chinese/French with no subtitles - 2/5

Jake. 30-11-2013 01:09 AM

The Dyatlov Pass Incident - 2.5/10

Urgh why did I even bother buying this, never mind watching it... it scores 2.5 for the first decent 40ish minutes, but all is swept away after when the plot just becomes ridiculous and it feels like you're watching a different film. Pretty dire.

Tom4784 30-11-2013 06:27 PM

The Hitcher, it was terrible.

3/10.

Jessica. 30-11-2013 10:07 PM

The Lone Ranger (2013)
8/10
Johnny Depp was hilarious as usually, Helena Bonham Carter was her usual good self, I really enjoyed the humour and story, although there were some parts that were a bit slow, other than that it was well worth the watch. :D
