The Ashleigh haters don't even know anything about her.
She works in a clothes shop and does modelling in her free time.
She is a fund raiser for a animal charity.
She does support groups for girls with low self esteem, obviously this is related to her own experiences of being bullied.
She has been accused of being a "daddy's girl", yet they are actually estranged.
She lives on a council estate. She did not come from a middle class background and go off the rails because she was a spoilt brat, that is Helen.
Haters will be pessimistic about all of this.

In reality even on racing terms and I take no notice of betting as to BB anyway.

There is little really between all the first 3 in the betting.Ashleigh is only marginally now into the odds on scenario,with Helen somewhere around 11/2 for in 3rd place.

In actual betting terms,although there is just an odds on favourite,that is pretty near an open race expected between those 3 in all fact.

I know that Niamh, its not a criticism, just that she seems to have had a charmed life with her parents, which I did with mine, which is why I always feel that the ones who dont/didnt have that are slightly more deserving

You know I havent liked Helen all the way through this but when I see a damaged person, whether that be on Big Brother or someone drinking in a doorway on the street, I always wonder what went wrong to make them like that, and with Helen, I started to see a vulnerability that was sad and made me look at her in a different way

I have no doubt, much as I would like Ash in the mix too, just cause I love him, that Helen & Ashleigh have made the last few weeks watchable and have made this series for me this year, the other also rans are okay but would they honestly have created so much turmoil and angst on this forum, I dont think so

I would be very happy with Helen winning and Ashleigh coming 2nd, I would also be ok vice versa, lets face it, i'll be okay whatever happens cause I didnt bet my life on the outcome lol

But obvs my perfect ideal finish would be a Helen win, as I think she is the least expecting and would benefit from knowing she can be liked, more than the others

Nah. It's mostly because she's been miserable as **** in there and is extremely hypocritical that most won't like her tbh.

Ashleigh was never gonna be overtaken before the final actually starts anyway, she was too far ahead. It looks like Helen is probably going to be second favourite going into it though which would be an amazing turnaround from the start of the week (although when the show actually starts she will drift out again and Christopher will overtake because of the difference in reaction they'll get from the crowd).

We are all entitled to our opinion, and I said a few days ago that I was going to avoid all "arguments" this final week, so please don't take this the wrong way - BB is all in good fun and we are all fans.

Here's my problem with the your above statement, you have taken someone who has made many mistakes in life, alot of which are due to her attitude and aggression, and made her out to be the underdog. But in the BB house Helen has been topdog.

There is an inconsistency to it all. Why give so much benefit of the doubt to one HM, while developing a complete picture of their life. Yet forgive the other nothing and wrongly accuse of things in their "real" life.

I know it will be very difficult but try and put yourself in Ashleigh's shoes for a moment. She was bullied at school. Then she gets to go on Big Brother, expecting and hoping for a fun summer. Instead she meets Helen and her nasty gang. So is back in the playground and so is miserable. You have to put yourself in her shoes and look at it from her perspective and not your own perspective. Helen and the nasty gang had the attitude of "Ashleigh's miserable", they weren't interested in why and didn't care and the reason is because they are nasty and don't care.

At this stage I would rather just congratulate each housemate for providing me with great entertainment. All the arguments have been done, I don't think we are going to change opinions now. I'm all for chilling, voting for my hm (Helen) and looking forward with anticipation to hearing the result.

Even if you saw video evidence of her being bullied in school, your reaction would most likely be "bitch deserves it". So what would be the point in giving you proof anyway? :shrug:

Oh FFS some of you posters could twist things and make Fred West sound like Julie Andrews coach. This stuff you are writing is from her back story and internet friends. Her dad may not be playing hide the sausage with mrs Dermaglens dotties mammy, but he is a wealthy man in his own right and is very very close to his spoilt daughter. He dotes on her and has been very proactive in her campaign to win.

She does work part time but her so called fund raising activities are as yet words of hype yet unproven to a degree where no animal charity has spoken out on her behalf. I give the odd hundred to Cancer research but I sure as hell aint an active campaigner and a do goodie fund raiser. It pisses me off when people tell the world they are an animal activist and a fund raiser just to make them sound cute and current. Real fund raisers don't shout about it, they get on with things quietly and don't want hype.

You make her house sound like a run down ramshackle in a crime ridden estate, Derry is pretty upmarket and even some of the old council estates are more than 80% privately owned, my cousin lives on the Waterside near Ashleighs mammy and she certainly aint no benefit case and her pushy mammy is pretty well known in Derry as is *******igh so please don't try to make her out to be a saint.

If you are going to research her, talk to someone on the ground that is close to her, not the internet ****e that she and her family write. These types of posts really get my goat and I am sorry if it makes you feel aggrieved but there is way too much hype about her out there that does not stand scrutiny.

How can you prove bulling
She comes across as a very strong young girl you don't get that strength from being pampered Thy don't keep records on bulling but we have seen one n action for ten weeks Helen I bet there is people that will say no she is not a bully only a week ago every one did think so and do no she is one and will probably never change We can hope though

No one has been bullied in the house,they may have been called some names but NOT bullied,bullying is a relentless thing,not a one off thing,we all know someone who is a bully or has been bullied they come in all guises,people claiming Helen is a bully just don't like her and its a convenient tag.
