Round 1

The music round is split into 3 parts.

Part 1: Music Mash-Up (50 points)

The video below contains clips from 50 songs - mashed together. All you need to do is correctly identify the ARTIST and SONG TITLE for each one.

Hint: The audio is slightly panned so it will be easier to identify the songs if you listen in stereo, and there are never more than 2 songs playing at the same time.

Part 2: Music Video Stills (15 points)

Below are 15 unaltered/uncropped images taken from music videos. Correctly identify the ARTIST and SONG TITLE for each one.

Part 3: Album Covers (15 points)

Below are 15 cropped/altered/warped album covers. Correctly name the ALBUM TITLE for each one.

- 1/2 points will be given out where answers aren't exactly correct - yes I'm going to be picky :p You'll also get 1/2 points in parts 1 + 2 if you correctly guess the artist OR the song title but not both.
- Using audio or image recognition/manipulation software to get the answers for this round is NOT permitted.

There's a total of 80 points up for grabs in this round so good luck everyone! (I might post clues tomorrow depending on how you get on/if you want me to.)

***The deadline for answers is 5 PM TUESDAY. Remember to discuss the answers in your team rooms, and the final list of answers you post in there before the deadline will be the list I use to score you***
