The argument over the cognitive test has got to be seen. :laugh2:

I bet you couldn't answer them, is exactly what an embarrassed kid would say.

True. Anyone who watches it should be scared that Trump wants to brag about an easy test.

As each day goes by I just don't see how Trump is re elected? He is losing so much support over everything he is doing

Tom4784 21-07-2020 02:03 AM

Never count out stupidity. Trump was predicted to lose horribly last time as well.

He's not up against Hillary this time though, to be fair!

i predicted Trump would win last time, and I put money on it and made a tidy sum.

Trump could still win this, the world is chaotic at the moment, and he will do anything, play dirty, cheat, start a civil war ... whatever it takes to win

Liam- 21-07-2020 09:12 AM

Trump is going to pull every dirty trick in the book and with Biden now putting Russia on notice for election interference, there’s an extra incentive for them to get involved.

However, these polls aren’t really comparable to 2016, yes Hilary was pitched to win, but the margins Biden is polling at are far greater than Hilary and Trump only barely managed to win, if these numbers hold, the margin of error will stay the same and Biden would still win, but I wouldn’t count anything out tbh, he’s even alluded to not actually accepting the results so we’ll have to see

Oliver_W 21-07-2020 09:20 AM

Yeah I think it'd take a pretty big majority from Biden for Trump to concede defeat. I bet he'd probably force a recount or something if it was anything less than 55/45.

the only reason trump is saying anything is because he is down in the polls, he doesn't actually care

I famously put money on Trump in 2016 too and was confident in the bet - I do think he could still win this year BUT I wouldn't put money on it this time. I don't consider myself a gambler so I don't put actual money on anything I'm not pretty sure will happen. I feel like this COULD easily happen but it is definitely a gamble. In 2016 the odds confused me being as high as 5/1 because I felt like the river was flowing in a clear direction, this year the water is very muddy.

Trump wouldn't admit defeat regardless of the numbers, he's likely facing so many federal charges when he leaves office and it's the office and the republicans that are protecting him from all that at the moment.
