Its 3PM today.

The Labour leader has Covid
so may send another or go on Screen.

arista 05-01-2022 09:43 AM

[His deputy, Angela Rayner, will fill in for him at
the first 2022 session of Prime Minister's Questions,
which starts at 15:00 GMT.]

bots 05-01-2022 10:01 AM

we havent had a world leader testing positive for a while

Cherie 05-01-2022 11:05 AM

How many times as Keir tested positive for covid at this stage

Cherie 05-01-2022 11:07 AM

2nd time in 3 months, he is unlucky but it points to my belief that some people are more susceptible to this than others

bots 05-01-2022 11:15 AM

it could also be that he just pretends to be careful, but in reality is not

true

He'll not be missing much.
PMQs under this PM are the biggest waste of time possible in parliament.

Just let him rant like a crazed idiot for the half hour.
Don't bother asking any serious questions on serious issues.

Just let him play to his hard-line elements of his party and the hard-line Con supporters who incredibly still back him.

I'm not even going to bother watching this today.
I had enough of Johnson's ranting tripe last year, I'm not going to spoil this first week of this new year watching the waste of space.

Anecdotally I think there’s maybe some truth in this. One of my wife’s Co-workers has never had Covid but her partner, who she lives with, has had it THREE times without her catching it from him once.

arista 05-01-2022 01:18 PM

Joey
some Proper Questions from MP's
get at proper referral.

It is not all the leaders fighting.

It goes Live at 3PM

Johnson Vs Rayner now Live

arista 05-01-2022 02:07 PM

Strange Attack
Rayner saying Inflation?

But thats a Worldwide problem
due to Covid.

arista 05-01-2022 02:48 PM

It went onto over 45mins

At the very End
Angela Rayner pointed out Beth Rigby
posted a clip when the PM spoke of inflation being unfounded

(Of course, in October - No Omicron)

He never replied
as
is now doing a Statement on Omicron.

No it's not, you're right but this PM and Con supporters think it is.

Plus Labour never wanted another lockdown.
They would have never halted the wearing of masks and social distancing that's all, plus working from home more whenever possible.

(Which I felt was a massive error by Johnson to do in July).

Labour wanted that to hopefully AVOID more lockdowns.

IF Johnson had his own party behind him and wasn't frightened of them now.
So as not having to rely on Opposition votes.
It is possibly more likely than not that more restrictions would have been brought in now.
However this PM dare not.

[At PMQs,
Boris Johnson said the government’s warm homes
discount was “worth £140 per week”

This is wrong

It’s worth £140 for the whole of the winter, not £140 a week]

He said it twice
and got it Wrong.

He likely hasn't a clue what it is anyhow!
Apparently his Chancellor who okays the payment of it too, was 2 people up from him on the front bench, however clearly didn't put him right.
So it seems the Chancellor hasn't a clue either.
